SCARF: Safety, Caring, Achievement, Resilience, Friendship
Unit 3 - Keeping Safe, Unit 4 - Rights and Respect
We use the SCARF scheme from Coram Life Education for our PSHE planning.
The key skills the children will learn:
Unit 3 - Keeping Safe
- Managing risk, including online safety
- Norms around use of legal drugs (tobacco, alcohol)
- Decision-making skills
Unit 4 - Rights and Respect
- Rights, respect and duties
- relating to my health
- Making a difference
- Decisions about lending, borrowing and spending
