What to do if you wish to make a complaint at St Saviour's
• Talk to a member of staff about the problem. This is often the quickest way to put things right.
What next?
• If you are still unhappy, a meeting may be arranged with the headteacher or a designated member of staff.
The vast majority of concerns are resolved at this point however if you are still unhappy, you have a right to make a formal complaint under the school's complaints policy.
