Children will be learning all about plants this half term!
In this unit, the children will be learning how to:
- identify and name a variety of common wild and garden plants, including desciduous and evergreen trees
- identify and describe the basic structure of a variety of common flowering plants, including trees
At home or when out and about, talk to your children about plants and flowers. What do they look like? How are they similar? How are they different? DO all plants have roots, stems/trunks, stems and flowers?
