PSHE

This half term in PSHE (Personal, Social and Health Education), the children will be learning about 'Me and My relationships.'

The key skills the children will be able to:

  • Recognise the importance of classroom and school rules
  • Recognise what good listening is and how it looks 
  • Discuss feelings
  • Identify our zones of regulation
  • Recognise ways we can move to the 'green zone'
  • Recognise how words can hurt us 
  • understanding the difference between being hurt physically and emotionally
  • Discuss what makes a good friend
